Yes the drapes are still hanging and making me very happy. Just in time to keep this freezing cold weather out. I tell ya, summer wasn’t very fun without that dining room drape to keep the morning/day sun out.

I’m extremely happy with the way the drapes were relined. Your team did an exceptional job of dissecting and remaking the drapes from scratch using my fabric making them look brand new. They showed pure patience and professionalism when dealing with the fabric of our formal dining room (which off memory is a 4m wide window…not the smallest window you’d normally deal with) after it shrunk about two inches in length as a result of being washes four times. I thought the “scaring” would be a lot more noticeable but really it’s not bad at all and is hidden behind the pelmet anyway. The drape in our formal lounge room looks like it’s come straight from production and I can’t even tell it’s been pulled apart and relined. Just amazing. I also love the little trick of using liquid paper to patch up the little holes I had in my bedroom curtain lining after making the horrible mistake of taking them to a drycleaner to get cleaned and freshened up which ultimately resulted in the lining being stuck together when it came back. I wish I came to you first. It would have saved me a lot of heartache.

Having bought a house in somewhat of a rush, I was astonished upon settlement, to notice that the curtains and drapes throughout were of terrible quality. I rang Dan who spent many hours over a couple of visits, giving me ideas on how to improve the place.

Overall my experiences with Dr Drapes were excellent- customer service was friendly, efficient and flexible particularly when organising times to collect and rehang curtains. The curtains have been expertly cleaned – they look and smell great. Curtain cords were rearranged as per child safety recommendations. Thanks Dan, I will definitely use your service again.
